There are three "P's" to live by with successfully blasting your Vemma business. They are to 1) plug in, 2) participate and 3) promote. Live by these and you will always be excited about your business and focused on your goals.
To PLUG IN is to see you on the team calls - Monday 9pm ET Leaders Strategies Team Burgess call - Tuesday 9pm Verve call - Thursday 9pm Vemma Business Presentation call, and Saturday 10am Smart Start Training with your new people. Staying plugged in has you consistently using our team tools 1) recorded hotlines, 2) your myvemma.com website, 3) attending area events and meetings, and 4) listening to the monthly corporate update call.
To PARTICIPATE takes you at step closer to success with your business. Beyond just listening to the calls, actually 3-way a new person in with you every week, share your story on the call, and definitely speak up and let us know you are there. Report in weekly to your enroller on your success. 3-way call your new people into your upline. Be involved and strive for bigger goals for yourself. Participation not only guarantees your success, it empowers you as an individual. The more involved you are, the faster your business will grow!
To PROMOTE is truly the "secret" to success with growing and developing your downline team. I've always taught ... "it's not what you learn...it's what you teach." The "duplication" principle makes the magic happen in Network Marketing. Teach to teach. You are an Event Promoter with your Vemma business. Your enroller informs you of a special call, then you immediately get on the phones and call your team to inform them, telling them to call their teams. Your job is to totally 1) get people involved, 2) help them involve others, and 3) keep everyone informed. Once your team starts to "get it" - you won't have to tell them to call their teams. They will become leaders who truly understand the three "p's" - 1) plug in, 2) participate and 3) promote. That's the magic! Teach to teach ... tell to tell ... win to win!!!
